ImportMaster provides procurement, consolidation, and logistics services from China to Ghana. We act as intermediaries and logisticians. While we verify suppliers to the best of our ability, we are not the manufacturers of the products.

3. Payments and Pre-Orders

Pre-orders require payment as specified in your quote before procurement begins. Estimated landed prices are subject to minor changes based on massive currency fluctuations or sudden changes in shipping carrier volume rates.

4. Liability

ImportMaster is liable for goods while in transit under our care. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the goods. We are not liable for manufacturer defects, though we will assist in mediating disputes with Chinese suppliers.
